Proclamation: Let it be known to ALL peoples, principalities, powers, mights,
dominions and thrones, whether on, above or below this earth or
the world to come; that ALL of Oregon has been proclaimed and
established as the domain of the King Eternal, the Lord God
Almighty, The LORD JESUS CHRIST. Henceforth shall His
Kingdom, His Church and His people inherit ALL things rightfully
theirs as established through His eternal covenant that He made
with ALL mankind by His innocent sufferings, death, burial and
resurrection. AMEN.
Romans: 8:35, 37-39 “35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Psalm 107:35-38 “He turns a wilderness into pools of water, and dry land into watersprings.36 There He makes the hungry dwell, that they may establish a city for a dwelling place, 37 And sow fields and plant vineyards, blesses them, and they multiply greatly and He does not let their cattle decrease.”
Isaiah 10:27b “And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.”
Isaiah 11:9b “For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”
Isaiah 24:14,15 “They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing, for the majesty of the Lord. They shall cry aloud from the sea. Therefore, glorify the Lord in the dawning light, the name of the Lord God of Israel in the coastlands of the sea.”
Isaiah 26:2-4 “We have a strong city, God will appoint salvation for walls and bulwarks. Open the gates, that the righteous nation which remains faithful in the truth may enter in. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, for in Yah, the Lord, is everlasting strength.”
Isaiah 29:18-19 “In that day the deaf shall hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity and out of darkness. The humble also shall increase their joy in the Lord, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.”
Isaiah 30:21-23 “Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it,’ whenever you turn to the righthand or to the left. You will also defile the covering of your images of silver and the ornament of your molded images of gold. You will throw them away as an unclean thing, you will say to them ‘Get away!’ Then He will give the rain for your seed with which you sow the ground, and bread of the increase of the earth, you will be rich and plentiful. In that day, your cattle will feed in large pastures.”
Isaiah 40:3-5 “Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is counted as a forest. Then Justice will dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remains in the fruitful field. The work of righteousness will be peace and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever. My people shall dwell in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings and in quiet resting places.”
Isaiah 42:10-13 “Sing to the Lord a new song, and His praise from the ends of the earth. You who go down to the sea, and its fullness, you coastlands and you in habitants of them! Let them shout from the top of the mountains. Let them give glory to the Lord, and declare His praise in the coastlands. The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man. He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war. He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud, He shall prevail against His enemies.”
Isaiah 45:22-23 “Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other. I have sworn by Myself, the word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that to Me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall take an oath.”
Isaiah 45:2-3 “I will go before you and make the crooked places straight, I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who called you by your name, am the God of Israel.”
Isaiah 48:18b “Then your peace would have been like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.”
Isaiah 49:8-9 “Thus says the Lord: In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you; I will preserve you and give you as a covenant to the people, to restore the earth, to cause them to inherit the desolate heritages; that you may say to the prisoners, ‘Go forth,’ to those who are in darkness, ‘ Show yourselves.’ ”
Isaiah 59:19 “So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.”
Isaiah 60:9-11, 14b, 17b-18 “Surely the coastlands shall wait for Me; the sons of foreigners shall build up your walls, and their kings shall minister to you; for in My wrath I struck you, but in My favor I have had mercy on you. Therefore, your gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day or night, that men may bring to you the wealth of the Gentiles, and their kings in procession. And they shall call you The City of the Lord; I will also make your officers peace, and your magistrates righteousness. Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; but you shall call your walls salvation and your gates praise.”
Isaiah 61:1-4 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach the good tidings to the poor, He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Psalm 68:1-2a,5,6,10 “Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered; let those who hate Him flee before Him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away. A father of the fatherless, a defender of the widow, God sets the solitary in families, You, O God provided from Your goodness for the poor.”

Jeremiah 29:7, 11-14 “Seek the peace of the city; and pray to the Lord for it; for in its peace you will have peace. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me and I will listen to you, says the Lord, and will bring you back from your captivity.
Psalm 91:9-11 “Because you have made the Lord who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling, for He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.”

Rev. 12:11 “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.”
1 Chronicles 29:11-13 “Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power and the glory, the victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and You are exalted as head over all.12 Both riches and honor come from You, and You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might; in Your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all.13 “Now therefore, our God, we thank You and praise Your glorious name.”
Daniel 7:14 “Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom the one which shall not be destroyed.”
Isaiah 55:10-11 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
